The day after Christmas!

We had our last day at the markets and finally got some good pictures of the shops and experience altogether. Here are the last pictures of the year from our visit. We went with our friends the Mazie's (Jon & Katie), who are totally amazing and we venture out with the most. Enjoy!

The main stage.

 Performer One.
 Performer Two.
Only kids went on this, so I decided to opt-out, but I def thought about it!
 Homemade beeswax items.
 Deer crazy.
Homemade soaps! (this is for you Nikk)
Super pretty lights they were selling.
All the stands had cute decoartions and lights.
The largest nativity I have ever seen.
This blue tree reminds me of my grandparents house :)
 Hahahah they were so cute!
 Merry Christmas!
 Matt opening his gift :)
 Me opening mine.
Let the gingerbread house building begin! This was mine & Matt's.
 Katie & Jon's house.
 The craftsman behind our home.
 Craftsman behind the Mazie's!

 Our finished product!
 Matt's ornament to me.
Mine to him! The bell not the bulbs!

Even though this Christmas was different and a little sad, we spent it in wonderful company. Matt and I had comfort in our new friends and kept ourselves busy with building edible homes, drinking, and playing insanely confusing card games. We missed everyone at home, and I was definitely the mopiest of us all, but we had a good time. We each webcammed with our perspective families and cherished every minute. Hopefully the New Year brings us each closer to seeing them as soon as possible, and gives us the chance to explore more.  Until next year every one! :D

  1. I'm so excited to see your blog! I just read your email and followed the link here. I laughed out loud about the "home-made beeswax items"! What are you, an auctioneer?!?
